MISSION

Strutting Player is committed to gaining support through tutoring, support in schools, and offering enrichment activities. Through this, young people gain confidence through creativity, inspiring them to follow their goals.

 

HISTORY

Strutting Player was founded to teach young people how to tackle examination pressure through the arts. The arts are being eroded in schools, so it is more important than ever to afford young people the opportunity to engage with creative and dramatic arts to encourage ownership of the learning process, and ownership of their own development.

CREDENTIALS

Fully DBS checked, Strutting Player has a BA (Hons) in English and Theatre Studies, PGCE in English and Drama from Cambridge University, an MA in Shakespeare and Education, specialising in Shakespeare and Autism, and 18 years of teaching experience.
